Cancellation Policy
At Rooted Relaxation, I understand that life can be unpredictable. As a solo practitioner, my schedule is carefully managed to ensure I can provide the best possible service to all my clients. To help me accommodate everyone, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
